A plain-language summary for a small social-gaming app. It’s a starting point, not formal legal advice.
Feint works without an account or login. To run a game we store a random anonymous id in a cookie on your device, the display name you type for a game (other people in your room can see it), and a record of the games you’ve hosted (game, player count, time) so we can show your history. We don’t ask for your email, phone number, or any other contact details.
We don’t sell your data or show third-party ads, and we don’t build advertising profiles. Display names are only visible to people in the same room.
The app runs on Vercel and its realtime game data on Supabase. We use privacy-respecting product analytics to see which features get used and to catch errors. That data is aggregate and isn’t used to identify you.
Feint is for general audiences. In a school or youth setting, a responsible adult should supervise. We collect no personal information beyond a chosen display name.
Clearing your browser’s storage for this site removes your anonymous id and local data. You can stop using the app whenever you like.
